As per the report India is the 3rd largest waste generator in worldwide. There was no proper system for the people living in the cities in India to dispose their waste properly. So they use to dispose it on the streets. Back in 2014, Clean India Mission had spread across the country. A lot of people had taken an initiative to clean up their surroundings and society by brooming the area. But the problem was something else. The place used to be cleaned for a day or two, but again the heap of garbage gets accumulated. The problem was “No” or shortage of Bins placed around the surroundings. The same issues was there in Kolkata, the City of Joy. By noticed these problems two young fellow Joy Pansari who is an automobile engineer and Ankit Agarwal who is a CA has come up with the very simple and unique idea and It’s then Ad My Bin started its journey of keeping society clean and placing Adbins on the city streets. Placing Adbins on the streets was not the complete solution. For regular waste collection, maintenance like washing and cleaning of bins, ADMYBINN build up a team of rag pickers for this work along with E rickshaws to reduce carbon emission. To fuel up this entire operation ADMYBINN has started inviting corporates to support them under their CSR initiative or advertising model and for this ADMYBINN is also doing branding for the supportive corporates along with social massage. With this self-sustainable model ADMYBINN has created an impact on the society to dispose the waste by using bins and also able to create livelihoods for the rag pikers by bringing them from the informal sector to formal sector through the employment generation.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLFNaXlzDUQ (Click on the link, how we work)ADMYBINN is also fortunate enough to get appreciation from our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKD80bzcG5w (Click on the link)ADMYBINN has started its journey from Kolkata in 2015 and within 5 years it spreads in Jamshedpur and Siliguri and successfully running its operations.
